Down to the smallest detail, our doors are constructed
with the finest materials and soundest, most time-tested processes.
Our stave core construction, while the most
time consuming method, provides the strongest warp resistant
stiles and rails. We use only 1/4" veneers, greatly surpassing
industry standards.
Our double panel technology virtually eliminates
cracking panels by allowing independent movement of wood surfaces
exposed to different humidity and temperature conditions.
The implementation of our double panel design has enhanced
the appearance and performance of all our doors, especially
doors used in exterior applications.
Assuring that Captiva Wood Doors remain straight and true
far into the future, we utilize tight fitting Mortise
and Tenon joinery providing a fit that dowels just
can't match.
